Make your own cans

What Do We Mean By 'Make Your Own Cans'?

We provide you with components and accessories for can assembly such as Body Blank, Top & Bottom. You will then assemble the semi-finished products yourself using manual canmaking lines. Manual canmaking lines are easy to operate, and are relatively low-investment machinery. Can manufacturing will now yield high profits through savings on shipping costs, less storage space and import duties and benefits from tax relief.

01

Low Investment And Simple Production Methods

Semi-Finished cans require relatively low investment in machinery; We can provide you with all the machines needed that can be installed quickly and operated with ease by local labor trained on the spot. Becoming your own canmaker offers many advantages such as preventing insufficient local production capacity thus granting a high and sustainable can quality and simple maintenance. All this is possible without the heavy technical knowhow necessary for printing lacquering tinplate, accurate manufacturing of bottoms, lids, plus compound lining and other components.

02

No longer transport of expensive air

A successful marketing plan relies heavily on the pulling-power of advertising copy. Writing result-oriented ad copy is difficult, as it must appeal to, entice, and convince consumers to take action. There is no magic formula to write perfect ad copy.

03

Items we provide for Can Assembly

  • Printed Body Blanks
  • Top Cover Lid /Top Ring (Optional: Ears & Handles, Top Spouts)
  • Bottom Lid

We can supply you with lines for Cylindrical/Conical cans, Oblong/Rectangular cans, and various types of manual to Semi -Automatic production lines having a production rate varying from 25 to 150 cans per minute; various types of single units are available, such as body rolling machines, body welding, hydraulic flanging machines, spot welding machines for ear welding, conveying belts and molding tools and Dies. Little space would be required for your assembly equipment as the diagram here shows

Manual Body Welding

Manual Body Flanging

Seaming of ring

How it works ?

500 ml Cylindrical cans

You Will Just Need 4 Separate Machines, Each With One Operator And A Simple Conveying System In Between The Machines

  • Rolling Machine; to reshape the body into a circular body
  • Body Welding Machine
  • Flanger; to flange both ends of the body
  • Seamer; to fit the bottom and/or lid on the body
  • Changing to other can diameters is simple by using separate tooling easy to mount

This same technology is applicable to manufacture rectangular cans as well,
for instance cans for mineral and edible oil. As for the production of
rectangular cans or Conical / Cylindrical Pails, one additional machine will be needed:
The body expander. This machine, next in line to the welding, shapes the flanging of the body.
The line is then composed of: Roller; Welder; Body Flanger; Bottom/Lid seamer.

We shall take care of everything:

  • Supply of the complete lines, including tooling, quality control devices and spare parts
  • Quick faultless installation/commissioning on the spot
  • Training of local operators
  • Technology support and/or management assistance
  • Artwork and 4 Color printing of your graphics
  • Supply of body blanks and their components (plain or decorated)
  • Prefabricated bottoms and lids; and plastic caps for Solvents and Hardeners containers
  • Rings, ears and wire or plastic handles for large paint cans

Applications

  • Cans with or without handles for paint/solvents/hardeners and other applications…
  • Edible and mineral oil cans
